Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Check in was seamless. I was in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes. My provider was excellent. I will never go to a different urgent care/walk-in again.

I always have such nice, reassuring, and calm visits here. I usually HATE going to the doctors office/urgent cares/anything medical for that matter. I deal with severe health anxiety. Everytime I have ever come here for whatever the issue I was dealing with was, I felt treated like a human being and with compassion. Thank you Mary, Geneva, and all the staff here! :)

Overall, a positive experience, BUT... Scheduling an appointment was easy, and most of the required ID and Insurance documents were handled online prior to my arrival. Parking was easy, and the facility was neat and clean. THE ASSISTANT AT THE FRONT DESK HAD SUCH A HEAVY ACCENT THAT I HAD GREAT DIFFICULTY UNDERSTANDING HER QUESTIONS. LATER, IN THE EXAM ROOM, I AGAIN HAD GREAT DIFFICULTY UNDERSTANDING HER QUESTIONS REGARDING MEDICATIONS, ETC. I wear hearing aids, but was able to perfectly understand what was being said by everyone else I spoke with that day. To her credit, she was patient as we worked out our language impasses. The PA, David Woodworth, was personable and reassuring. He indicated that he had read my online medical history, and was aware that I'd had this medical problem

This place is very nice inside and everyone there seems very sweet and actrally cares about you and what’s going on . Dr David was a great guy and shows care and very nice. Thank u for makin my experience well . If I need to go to urgent care again I will be coming to this place ..highly recommended

The PA, Mary is so thorough and thoughtful. It was nice to have care from people who take the time to listen, and give awesome feedback. The VA healthcare system could use people like her as a PCP. Also, the medical assistant from Morocco was also a 10, don't recall his name. Great staff. I will go there first for any urgent care -Rick F.
