Priority Urgent Care East Haven, CT

The medical treatment is great- I felt like the provider was really thorough and had a lot of knowledge. I felt I was in good hands. I think the support staff at the front desk could be better- it didn't feel welcoming. Also I had to stand outside for 5 minutes while someone vacuumed the waiting room even though they were supposed to be open. They could have at least said sorry to make you wait but they just unlocked the door and walked away.

The staff are very caring team. The front desk greeted me with understanding efficiency and compassion. The nurse who came in the room was also caring, understanding and compassionate. The Dr was great He listens, examines and they discussed solutions with me in a way I could understand. Thank you

I had a really great experience at Priority Urgent Care. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Check-in was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The care team was awesome—they actually listened, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The place itself was really clean and welcoming too, which definitely helped put me at ease. Overall, they took great care of me, and I left feeling like I was in good hands. I’d definitely come back here again if I need urgent care.

Although the staff was awesome and treated me with professionalism, specially the nurse. She was such a sweetheart, the wait for the doctor was sooo long .. he didn’t even check me for strep throat which is always my problem when I get sick only checked for Covid then after I waited forever he said it might be too soon to tell… what they always tell me come back in two days if you don’t feel better…!🙄….. still waiting for the cough syrup prescription the doctor said he was going to fax to my pharmacy… still waiting and nothing yet. …! No medicine yet at the pharmacy for me… is whatever at this point …!🙄🙄🙄🙄😤

Service was great and quick. Very friendly. The issue was with the medication. I came in with my 3 year old which managing a sick toddler, alone is not fun. We’re also in from out of town. We left and went and had breakfast and when we arrived at the pharmacy across the street at stop and shop, were told a script was never received. Otherwise, the experience was fine.
