I wasn’t able to make my appointment because I was having trouble with my car, as it would not start. I called shortly before my appointment to let them know. I spoke with Eleanor who was extremely rude to me. Eleanor told me I would be considered a “no show” and I would be subjected to a cancellation fee. I explained that I could still make the appointment, however I would be 20 min late. When I was told that was not possible I asked if I can reschedule the appointment. Eleanor did not seem like she wanted to even reschedule me, as she sounded very annoyed by me. I tried explaining I have never had a problem with my car before, however she sounded like she could care less and that it was my fault. Very callous and unprofessional on her part.

I was scheduled for a 12:45pm routine eye exam and was not seated until 1:30pm. I am heavily disappointed in the fact that not one staff member apologized for the 45min wait and inconvenience to my day. Typically, I always have a great experience at this practice, however, today was not such.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Diaz for almost 20 years. She's amazing! Her excellent patient care is unwavering! When needed, she goes above and beyond. We never feel rushed and always leave feeling heard and cared for well. Also, she speaks Spanish! <3 Dr. Diaz is a beautiful gift to her profession! Thank you for sharing your excellence with us!

I have started back with my eye care here again. Recently though, I have had to leave voice-mails for my request for my eye scripts 2 times now. The first time was weeks ago! I figured id try again today. I really hope this time they do get my request. I've left them my email to send it to...left them my name and phone number. I love them thus far but I feel like the requests are lacking. Sorry, this is the only reason for my 4 star.

It was my first appt. Very high tech. Caring and kind staff.
