DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - East Haven

The care was excellent. The front desk was very kind and helpful. My son does not feel comfortable with medical tests, but Abhi was incredibly kind and patient, making him feel comfortable during the process. Because of his calm and caring approach, my son stayed relaxed the whole time. The provider Aaron was also very kind and helpful. We had a great experience. Thank you so much !!

Very pleasant, especially that it was right before they were closing. I know how that feels however they still made their job a priority and they did what they needed to do (Very thorough) . That they were!! 💯👍🙏🏼 I am very grateful that they are only 2 mins from me. I feel like I have a peace of mind. I felt like I have been a patient of theirs forever! If I had an option for a 10 ⭐️ I would have given them a 10 +1 Whoever is checking reviews you could save time. Go see for yourself . I don’t say anything I don’t mean. ( TRUST )

Excellent service,non-wait time staff is very kind and attentive. After spending 6 hours at the emergency room we end up leaving. Next day I went to urgent care and I wish I had came here first. I end up having the flu. Doctor gave me a treatment for my asthma and sent meds to the pharmacy with an hour I have my meds went home and rest. This place treated me with respect and compassion. If I could give a rate of 100 I would! I can’t remember the name of the doctor (I’m bad with name) but she was phenomenal I wish I could have her as my primary care doctor. You can absolutely tell she’s a doctor for the true reasons. Very professional and compassionate. With no hesitation I would go back.

I went to DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care this morning struggling to breathe due to an asthma flare-up. Since they were the closest facility, I rushed in and was not disappointed. PA Wilda Merant was incredibly thorough, assessing my condition and clearly explaining my medication plan. The MAs were equally wonderful, administering my nebulizer treatments and even recommending a pulmonologist for follow-up care. Kudos to the entire team for making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. I’m feeling much better now—thank you!

The front desk worker Zia was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and seen in a timely manner! Great asset to DOCS! As far as the doctor I saw, he was great too! I went to my primary care doctor a few days ago and they sent me home with no antibiotic and I suffered for days before deciding to go to DOCS, good thing I did…I have a bacterial infection with such pain in my throat. He prescribed me an antibiotic so I can finally start to feel better. Overall a GREAT place!
