This is the most disrespectful medical office I have ever been to. The woman sitting at the front named “Cynthia” made my job extremely difficult. I have been taking my father here for awhile now. As I made the the appointment, nobody made me aware that the location had changed. I went to the previous office and had been told that the office is no longer here. I then politely called them and let them know I will be a few minutes late due to this inconvenience and was told it would be alright. As i get to the office, Cynthia said my appointment is cancelled and refused to let me talk to anyone else, as if she was the doctor herself. Taking my father to his appointments is very difficult due to him being in a wheelchair and the she it 10x worse. I then call the office from my phone in hopes

Amazing office staff, Dr Hoda Hachicho did an amazing job. Dr Hachicho has an experience, Over 20 years in practice, board-certified in Neurology.

If there were negative ratings, this practice would definitely get one!!!Please do not choose practices like this if you are a complex patient. I have been misdiagnosed and mistreated for 9 years all at the expense of my health and career. Finally we have MRI’s and all symptoms have always been pointing to the only one medical diagnoses and Dr. Sandoval says the test is wrong and has no treatment options nor will do lumbar puncture to prove the test conclusive. I have found many not smart people along this journey just like these clowns. Meanwhile, she giggles at the fact that she is clueless. John Hopkins Hospital acknowledges and is treating me for same diagnoses🤷‍♂️. Do not mess with no name doctors if you really need help. Our medical field has become such a joke in this country

Dr. Hachicho listens to her patients and asks questions for clarification and more information. It is evident she truly cares. I’ve been seeing her for years and she remembers my total health situation in order to treat me personally.

I recently called the office and found I missed an appointment. In fairness I owe them for that and I will pay it. That said I had forgotten because I had my mind on family and friends who were affected by the floods in Texas a month or so ago. I was also working on and through 3 government recertifications so I want to apologize to the doctor for my forgetfulness. But I would like to mention that compassion works both ways. When the receptionist told me I would have to pay my debt before I could see the doctor again I really felt she violated the Hippocratic oath at least in spirit if not substance. My family worked in the medical field and probably would expect a person to pay for missing an appointment. But they would never have prevented a patient from seeing their doctor until they pa
