I recently saw Stephanie Petruzzo and she was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions, and helped me with my issues. She had wonderful bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. Receptionists were very nice over the phone and in person. I arrived early to my appointment and was seen very quickly - I’m used to a long wait time for doctor’s appts but was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was seen. I had such a wonderful experience, I never leave reviews but felt I needed to because staff and Stephanie were so great. Highly recommend!!

Dr.Ha, On several occasions, I have been seen by Stephanie, I wanted to give her a big shout out. She is courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Stephanie truly knows her stuff. She listens carefully and shows genuine interest in my concerns. Dr. Ha, you have a strong PA in Stephanie, she’s a real asset to your team. Happy holidays. Michael.

I’ve been coming to this office for a few years, sadly service and staff aren’t the same anymore. They don’t let you schedule more than one appointment for the same thing? I am sorry that I need treatment every month and I was hoping to book in advance so I don’t get stuck with appointment times that are inconvenient but I am told “he doesn’t allow that” Dr.Ha I am not sure why you wouldn’t want to be accommodating to your regulars. I miss Annie, she was never rushed and was happy to answer any question I had. I am now being seen by someone new since Annie left their office and the other time I had a question outside of my “reason for appointment” and I was told that my appointment was not for that and only if there was time that we could discuss my other question/concern. Very disappointed with how I was treated with my skin cancer removal. Fast food Dermatology, no care given just sliced and turned out. The dr. rushed through the procedure. They told me he was running early and wanted me to arrive early so that he could get done with me faster. I returned to have stitches removed and was barely even looked at, I have no idea who removed the stitches. I ran after her as she quickly left the room and said what do I do? Should I come back? She said yeah in six months. She barely stayed 30 seconds in the room to remove the stitches. I called back to ask about follow up care and the secretary said I could put Vaseline on it for a week if I wanted, I expressed concern over the scarring and the swelling, but told not to worry and hung up.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I was referred to see the doctor and called to schedule an appointment. When I mentioned that I have an HMO plan and confirmed that my insurance covers their office, the receptionist told me that since they are new to HMO plans, I should double-check with my insurance first. I did exactly that — I called my insurance company, confirmed that this office is in-network, and called back to schedule. However, when I called again, I was told they don’t want to take my insurance and don’t want to deal with it. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. It’s clear that the staff has little understanding of how insurance works, and the lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.
