PrimeCare Family Dental - Pendleton Pike

It was great me and my kids been going they set our appointment together they check up on us and welcoming when we come in the remember us .

My names Etolia I go by Lia and today I had my first visit to this dentist office and they were amazing even though I showed up late! Everyone was super nice and outgoing! The dentist assistant was super nice and understanding as well as the doctor. While performing on my teeth he kept asking me if I was okay and that right there was a big stand out to me because it let me know that he truly cares about my well being while performing on me! Highly recommend if I could give 10 stars I would!

They post hours open until 6pm. You drive an hour to get there, they are closed and no one there. Then call to ask if you can get someone to guaranteed be there at least byb5pm, and they are not only rude about it on the phone, but say they 'should be there' should... not will stay knowing someone is coming within posted hours. Rude. Oh and the public use restroom has no lock... gross and dangerous. Avoid this place if you're looking for professionals to handle your paperwork and xrays

Staff was very welcoming, friendly & thorough. I experienced the most gentle tooth X-rays and cross bite X-rays I’ve ever had. Front desk staff was amazing as well!!

Came here because it was the closest place , upon getting here had issues with insurance and Rusty went above and beyond to help me and made sure I kept my appointment. Only thing I suggest is bigger cups in waiting room lol I'm 6ft8 and I get thirsty and small cups too many trips overall great staff and experience
