Prime Valley Urgent Care

Been in waiting room listening to doctor talk on the phone for over an hour. Just need a routine shot that usually is pretty quick. After listening to his conversations, he was talking to his insurance company, while the waiting room was full. "Doctor" Kong Edit: staff was nice and understanding. Only problem was the doctor

The clinic hours state open 8am-8pm but are always behind with an empty waiting room or out to lunch and can’t be seen until a certain time because they’re still pre-backuped after lunch. People could just skip this place and see a doctors office. If you can get in, it’s a decent service but imagine a 100 people come by in a day, they could only see about 20.

Came to this urgent care for a very simple issue that required antibiotics. Payed $300 for simple assessment and administration of antibiotics. 3 days later the clinic calls me ask me how I'm feeling and I tell them my symptoms have reduced and they told me I can quit taking the antibiotics. 3 days after that my symptoms return so I called the clinic to ask them to renew my prescription and they can't without me paying more money for what they told me to stop doing. This Clinic does not care about helping you, they care about making money off of you and they employ schemes like this to do so which involves your health. Well never go back or recommend. Shame, we could use a good clinic in tulare.

Staff was friendly and the provider was good too. The wait time was a little over an hour. The provider was in a time crunch but still took the time to answer my questions and even showed me demonstrations regarding the injury my son was there for.

I’ve been here a few times and have experienced this urgent care to be up to par…compared to the Tulare Adventist hospital Prime valley is excellent with nurses that actually have compassion for their patients which the Tulare Hospital has nothing to do with compassion. The Tulare Hospital needs to take classes from this place to actually learn to treat their patients with kindness,respect,love which has a lot to do with being a good urgent care vacility. ❤️🙏😊
