January 12, 2026 at approximately 5 p.m., I visited the CVS pharmacy on Bardsley to get and pay for my correct prescription. On a prior visit, they gave me the wrong items. Things happen and it wasn't a big deal. However, when I brought the issue to the attention of the pharmacist as customer feedback, she went out here way to prove me wrong and adamant I was given the correct prescription on my initial visit. CVS over the years has worked hard to lose me as a customer and CVS Bardsley finally succeeded. It is unfortunate. For future customers, double check your items before you leave. I didn't think I had to.
