Very clean . The staff is friendly and attentive to all your needs. My questions were answered and explained everything that I asked. Fully staffed so the waiting time was minimal. Absolutely worth the drive. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I was impressed.

First time patient. The reception/check -in staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Minimal wait time to get into my appointment. Dr Entabi, his intern and nurse were fantastic, just like check-in staff. They were also very informative and patient with my many questions. A little disappointed not being able to schedule a follow up appointment in office but through the care connection center, which is fine. However, not a great experience with Angelica in the call center, who was not too friendly nor completely informative. Maybe she was having a bad day. Followed up 3 days later with Cynthia who more than made up for my experience with Angelica, who did not leave any notes in my account concerning my initial call. Cynthia very apologetic and escalated my request to the appointment

Its once of the better places, they do way more than family health care, they helped me with various health issues and refered me to places that helped. But honestly with them its such a gamble, when I call to make an appointment sometimes I'm being helped by someone great, other times its a rude person making the whole process more complicated. Then at appointmenta its such a gamble too, sometimes I am attended fast, sometimes I'm in the doctors room waitng over two hours, sadly I've had more negative expericences than positive. I only recommend this place if you really need help healthcare wise, they do help, if its not urgent just find another place.

Registration was easy and efficient. The offices were clean and modern. Dr. Nadeem was very easy to talk to, and she truly listened to my questions and concerns. She explained everything clearly, I felt confidence in her plan.
