Jay and his wonderful staff take care of all our families prescriptions (even the dogs!) in a small, family-owned atmosphere! We love it there and have been so fortunate to have them near by. He even once let me know I could save money by taking my business elsewhere (I denied out of respect and honesty) because I’d rather support a small business- as I’m also a small business owner! I love the feeling of authenticity, and I don’t often see that kind of service anymore. Thanks again Prime- you are truly appreciated by us + our community.

There are so many positive points to address when working with PSP that I know I will not address all of them in this review. To try and keep it brief... In a nation where many of us can feel lost within the U.S. healthcare system, PSP consistently provides exceptional care with kindness and understanding. My husband and I have been faithful customers of PSP's since their opening in...2023?...and we have never had anything short of a wonderful, positive experience. We thank everyone at Prime Specialty Pharmacy for everything throughout the years!! You are all appreciated beyond measure.

This place always has my medication in stock!! They are so nice there and personable. I get regular text communication from them and if I need anything, I can just text them back at the same number! You can’t get service like that at CVS!

They are so quick with filling my prescriptions and delivery! Very satisfied
