I had a wonderful experience at iCare Med Clinic. I visited for a knee injury, and Dr. Urvashi treated me exceptionally well. She has very strong experience and knowledge, which clearly reflects in the way she diagnoses and treats her patients. She carefully listened to my concerns, explained the treatment plan clearly, and prescribed the right medication. What I appreciated most was that she continuously asked for feedback about how I was responding to the medication and regularly checked on my recovery progress. She truly cares about her patients and makes sure they are improving comfortably. Her professionalism, experience, and compassionate approach made me feel confident and well cared for. I had an amazing experience at iCare Medical Clinic located inside Prime Specialty Pharmacy. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. I received wonderful care, and they took the time to really listen and address my concerns. What impressed me the most was the follow-up phone call a few days later to check on how I was doing. That level of care truly shows how much they value their patients. I highly recommend iCare to anyone looking for convenient, compassionate, and high-quality medical care!

My daughter needed a sports physical completed the same day because her paperwork was lost. She received such wonderful care and the exam was detailed and comprehensive. I found out that an in-person exam is $65 and tele-health is $35 without insurance. I pay more than that to walk into Urgent Care with insurance! I am sure we will be returning if we have a medical need but we are unable to see our PCP. The added bonus: it is located inside of a pharmacy so medications can be filled quickly if needed. Highly recommend

Clean, professional, and efficient. Urvashi was very thorough and saw us right away. She took the time to answer our questions, and we never felt rushed. My husband and I are both on the mend and truly appreciate the care we received. We highly recommend this practice. The Fernandez’s☺️

ICARE was awesome to us. We stopped by with a super last minute physical for my daughter for school softball. Urvashi was able to get her in the same day in the care and speed was fantastic. Highly recommend!!!
