I was shopping around for a place to get my eyeglasses a couple of months ago when I stopped in at LensCrafters and met Jerry. He was very nice and helpful even though I wasn’t buying anything at that time. But I liked Jerry. Forward to now (2 months later) when I had my prescription. I went back to LC because Jerry made a great first impression. He was so kind with a definite customer-first approach. I had lots of questions and he listened carefully and answered clearly. He was patient and I never felt rushed. He even helped me save money on my purchase by asking if I had AARP. Jerry is one best people I’ve met at helping his customers. He truly cares. I highly recommend going to LensCrafters at the Pineville, NC, location in the mall. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to have Jerry’s help!

I went to the eye doctor for the first time and I was extremely nervous — so nervous that I was honestly a little forgetful. I just knew I needed glasses because I’m in front of a screen almost 13 hours a day and my eyes have been feeling so weary. From the moment I walked in, my worries started to fade. Ms. Alicia and Ms. Sadie were absolutely amazing. They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and even took the time to track down my insurance, saving me over $600 on my very first visit. They truly went the extra mile — making sure I received a full refund from Accu and clearly explaining what to expect next. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. My heart is full knowing there are such incredible people working there. First time… and it was the best experience ❤️

The eye doctor was so so… not bad, not great. On the LensCrafters side, Jerry is a great employee. He’s knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. He seems to care about people’s eye health more than the eye doctors do.

I had a very great experience at this location on Wednesday. Hailee was amazing. She has the personality that I have told all of my friends and family about the experience. She makes you want to come back . With the world being a place that we often see customer service going down hill she has restored my faith in humanity.
