What can be said for this pharmacy...nothing...because this is not just a pharmacy, they are family! A God send! Dave and all his staff are the best. Knowledgeable, professional, patient, extremely hard working, caring, and compassionate, among other things. They all go above and beyond what you would hope to expect in a pharmacy, but rarely if at all ever do. He even wished me a happy birthday when family didn't, lol. Dave has personally contacted Dr's. For correct, expedited medications, gives follow up calls, and is one of the best things to have happened to come to this town in a long time. God bless Dave and all his staff. I would have given them 20 stars but the max is only5! Lol.
It's about time we have a pharmacy that goes the extra mile to make sure we get our medicine filled on time. If you need a refill they are on the job refilling it. If there are no refills they call the providers to move things forward.The staff are amazing and very kind. Thanks for moving into Carteret where we are not just a number.
Honestly this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. The staff is so helpful, efficient and informative! The staff went above and beyond for me, they we're able to stay on top the issue that I had with my doctor and see it though. Also they were able to check into my insurance coverage to see if it covered the cost. Which once Walgreens had told me that my insurance didn't cover. So this pharmacy will look out for you in your best interest. Lastly I'd like to talk about the amazing set up they have on the second floor. First time there I didn't know what to expect, my gps had taken me to a medical center that resembled a ymca rec building.
