Carteret Dental: Dr. Andrea Hayeck

It is nice to know when your dentist is a skilled and compassionate professional. It is even better when she is such a respected advocate of the dental profession - that she also teaches other dentists. But, after knowing the Hayeck family for years, the trust you have can go beyond the top professional services offered. When you know a good family, with a family of good employees, and a growing family of patients they care about... happy to see that they are open now offering family dentist services in Carteret, in addition to their Linden dentist office. Highly recommend.

My wife call to linden and they sent her to Carteret for appointment. This the 3rd time by mistake since last year that was told to my wife she took off from her job 3 x’s to wrong address . I think the front desk is call Janet. Unprofessional giving wrong address knowing they closed. Also need to do your checking in insurance they will add more.

I was a patient for a few months .. She was over charged me on every single visit and I didn’t know that until i review my dental insurance company statement.. on every single procedures they charged me almost the double amount. I called my insurance first and I asked about patients payment responsibility and it didn’t match with the payment that I did in her office. So when I spoke with the receptionist and the doctor in the dentist office they accepted that they over charged me and they did my refund for almost $600.. Most of my visits was in Linden , then I had a couples of them in Carteret and now She said I am not in her records( she was my doctor just for a few months thanks GOD). I have Delta dental plan and I have the statements from the insurance and credit card as a proof
