I had my first visit at Prime Dental Partners and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire office had such a welcoming, positive vibe. You can tell right away when a place is run with care, and this office definitely is. The front desk deserves a special mention because first impressions matter — and she was absolutely fabulous. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. She made everything feel easy and comfortable right from the start. The doctor was amazing — professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed, and that means so much. This place destroyed my teeth. I've gotten four root canals here since 2023, three of which have already failed, two catastrophically. They did a hasty filling on a tooth that caused me extreme pain for six months and refused to take it seriously. They never fixed it. The worst was when I went in for an appointment to deal with a failed root canal, and they wouldn't extract it even though I was already numbed and in the chair, because they claimed they "weren't oral surgeons." When I asked them how they could do root canals if they weren't oral surgeons, they said they did root canals as a courtesy. Since that didn't answer the question at all, I pressed them until the dentist explained that they wouldn't do the extraction because "the profit motive isn't there." Mind you, I'm already in

If you advocate for yourself, you’re seen as a “complainer”. Honestly disappointed, went in because of a chipped tooth, didn’t get my chip fixed after this I advocated for myself and was given another appointment where in order to receive the service i had to wait more time even though I was there for two hours. Honestly disappointed, I really liked this location at first, but the behavior, quality of work and service has been off.

Yesterday I went in for a routine cleaning and today I noticed a crack in my front tooth. I am incredibly upset. There is no explanation that anyone can give me as to why my tooth is now cracked from a cleaning. Please do not write you are sorry about how I feel. Our teeth are super important in my business as an actor. There is nothing no one can say to me to make me feel any better about why I now have a hole in my teeth. Even the dentist said he di nit notice it until after the cleaning. Meaning it was nit there before. They really just ruined my front tooth. This place is as bad as people say it is. Worst dentist office I’ve ever experienced. Not up to date on any modern practice. They told me I needed a root canal and I let them do the procedure. 4 months later my crown fit incorrectly and kept hitting my bottom teeth after I had it adjusted twice with them already, I also could tell something was wrong because my tooth felt very sensitive to temperature (it shouldn’t because my nerve should have been removed). I saw a different dentist for that issue and they ended up taking the crown off - I still had some nerve inside which ended up causing an infection in my mouth, my root canal was not done properly at all, probably because they completed in about 10 minutes.
