Diana and her staff have always gone above and beyond for my husband and I. She not only cares about her clients as customers, but as genuine friends. She is knowledgeable and makes sure to explain new medications and interactions, and is always willing to get the best price possible. As someone who has only ever been with chain pharmacies like rite aid and CVS, I’m so grateful my husband found her pharmacy ❤️

If your insurance requires a prior authorization, she will assist in helping with your insurance company. That's something most pharmacists DON'T DO! In addition if you have difficulties with your vision or other disability that limits or restricts you from obtaining refills or a new prescription, you can count on Diana to reach out to your doctor and obtain your med/s. If your insurance doesn't cover certain meds & there's another way or route such as making calls & following their rules, you can count on Diana & staff to reach out for you. I just want to say that I've known Diana for almost 2 decades and although I haven't filled any Prescriptions in her new pharmacy, I can say with 100% certainty that she's a GEM in my community, (Kew Gardens). I now want to transfer ALL my prescriptions to her because she is a true professional and treats patients like family. She's missed in our neighborhood and I miss her tremendously.
