Your first contact may be bright and fast-talking Melissa, the front desk receptionist and scheduler, who efficiently organizes patient in-takes while simultaneously solving my scheduling problems on the phone–she's the "handler." Melissa communicated with patience and remembered details of my health and insurance issues, often educating me on the proper radiology steps. I also appreciate the receptionist who wrote my CD records, and Kayla, the gentle long-lashed medical assistant who bandaged me (thanks all). A well spacious free valet parking 🅿️ lot in midst of queens and brooklyn . Very well maintained facility with top notch cleaning and crew is above n beyond. Definitely recommended this facility .

I had a wonderful experience at Main Street Radiology. I called on a Friday and got an MRI appointment for Saturday. Check-in was a breeze. Everyone was very thorough and the appointment only took 30 mins. If you drive, there is a parking lot. If you don’t have traditional health insurance, they are also much more affordable. I would highly recommend Main Street Radiology.

I've been here twice and had the same experience both times. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The office space is very clean and nice. They have comfortable seating in the waiting rooms and nice restrooms and dressing rooms. I requested an extra large gown which was immediately provided.

I've been to this place twice. Each experience was amazing, the staff made me feel so comfortable. When having a procedure done for my breast the doctor asked how am I so relaxed. Well, it's how you all made me feel 🤗
