Dr. Tart is wonderful! Very thorough and worked with me to find contacts with the best fit & comfort.

As a patient I have no clue where these people are coming up with these ugly and nasty reviews. I was greeted quickly at the window as soon as I got there. No long wait no tapping on the window anything. The staff was wonderful and Dr Tart is an amazing gentleman he has time for everyone even when he’s busy he has time to stop and answer questions. Just an amazing office and i highly recommend if you need to see an eye doctor.

This company has a great team! Im not sure why there are folks on here upset? They went out of their way to assist me even though I know I was a huge inconvenience! I needed an eye exam for a training event that I was attending and needed the soonest appointment which this location provided me! All other optometrys were booked a month or two out! I arrived at my appointment early as they suggested because I'm a new patient so there was a lot of paperwork to fill out. As soon as I was done with my paperwork 4 mins later I was seen. The doctor was really friendly and he went out of his way to get me the documents I needed. The atmosphere in this office is great! Its clean and I love the music playlist in the waiting room. No stars would be best! When I arrived for my appointment, I walked up to the front desk; a standard setup with a glass enclosure. The receptionist was seated at her computer, facing the entrance. Despite clearly seeing me, she waited several seconds before sliding the glass open and saying, “Yes?” No greeting. I told her I was there for my appointment. Her first response was to ask, “How are you paying?” I gave her my insurance information, and she handed me the forms without further comment. After completing them, I returned to the window with clipboard in hand. Again, no acknowledgment. I had to tap on the glass. She opened it without saying a word, took the forms when I asked if she needed them, and closed the glass again. Her entire demeanor suggested I was a bother. About 20 minut

The actual doctor was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. The remaining staff’s attitudes (while visiting the office and on the phone) seemed as if I was a nuisance for never having glasses before and trying to ask questions to clarify areas I obviously knew nothing about. While the prompt response to the negative online review is awesome it would be appreciated if that could have been applied to multiple phone messages for myself and my family being returned. And I hung up due to, once again, the condescending tone of the staff when dealing with them.
