I have been taking my son here since day one. I meet Dr. Jessica Ford before I had my son in 2015, and she was and is an amazing Doctor. No matter where I live, I drive to see her and her staff. Highly recommend!! They are professional, informative and caring and that I truly appreciate!

Dr. Robert Ford and his staff are amazing. They are always very patient and kind and never rush us out. My son has been going here since he was a newborn and ive never had any issues at all.

Appointment at 10am. In room at 10:10am Still waiting in room at 11:30am without seeing anyone. If you can’t stick to the schedule you make, maybe don’t schedule so many appointments? This wasn’t the first time this has happened either. It’s every time.

Dr. Ford is amazing! However, someone needs to take a good look at appointment management AND I am sure that buildings have a Max. Limit Capacity! It is overwhelming whenever we go for simple appointments like vaccinations or just a checkup. There is no space in the waiting area. PLEASE check the logistics of your process and see where you can make it efficient and not have patients waiting 1-1.5 hours.

Dr. Jill Waters is every understanding and take her time with my boys. She is very informative and caring. This place is clean and all the staff are kind. The very best thing I love about this place is there after care hours.
