Primary Medical Physicians - Pembroke Pines

I have never had such a great experience with doctor before I met Dr. Guadagna. He follows up with you after blood results, his staff is amazing and so caring and professional. I am so lucky to have this staff and Dr. Guadagna as my primary doctor. Highly recommend.

I have had a positive experience with Dr.Sandoval and Primary Medical Physicians up until I needed a referral. The staff in the Pembroke Pines office was nice overall. But the experience I had trying to get a referral by phone and in person was horrible. I tried for over a week to get one with no one returning my call or taking ownership of my referral. I finally had to make an appointment and explained to the woman at the counter I just wanted a referral nothing else. She still requested I pay $90 which thankfully Dr.Sandoval refunded. A few weeks later I get another $70 bill for visit and still no luck with referral. I even had my insurance call with no luck. I disputed that bill because I never received any treatment or check up. I waited several weeks for management to get back to me

I don't know if this is a real medical office. I went to get my blood drawn and the girl did it and it did hurt. After I left went home took off the bandage and had this purple hematoma. Yes I was worried because it was very noticeable. And I called the after hours left a message no call. Called today they said there are no doctors available? Then why do you have an after hours service?? Left a message for some one please to call me. To see what to do never had this before 😟. Nothing no call still waiting is it possible no staff can follow up? Never again thanks for ruining my arm and holiday!

Dr. Ruth as always was very professional and very thorough. She had addressed my concerns and needs appropriately. Nicole was very skillful with drawing my blood and giving me my vaccination. The receptionist was also courteous and professional. Thank you very much for providing me with best care as always. God bless!!!

Dr. Sandoval and the staff are the best. He takes his time checking the labs, listening to your concerns and explaining everything,. He is very kind and caring for his patients. I’m tank God to put Dr. Sandoval as my Primary Doctor. The staff is very professional and kind. The office is nice and clean. You can see they really care about everything . Congratulations!!!!!
