Bailegh was fantastic at my blood draw. Not only sweet she was so smooth. The girl at the front didn't get her name (purple hair) did such an amazing job at the check in and phones. She was so pleasant and helpful to everyone that called and came in. Very busy but she never seemed frazzled.

I tried to visit this clinic for the first time this week and unfortunately had one of the worst front-desk experiences I’ve ever had at any medical office. The receptionist (a larger white woman with color dyed hair) was extremely rude and short from the moment I walked in. I said good morning and gave my name—she barely looked up from her computer, muttered something I couldn’t even hear clearly, and then just stared at me like I was inconveniencing her by existing. No “how can I help you,” no smile, no basic courtesy. When I asked a simple question about whether they were accepting new patients, she snapped back with a very curt “We’re taking them” and went right back to typing without offering any paperwork, next steps, or even eye contact. I've been to family health and check in was easy and quick. I had a very short time to be seen. Best care team ever 💙 seen by a very thorough young lady, I have quite a few health issues like my heart, liver and my kidneys and she addresses them all. I was sssoooo impressed by my entire experience at Primary Healthcare I left my appointment with a new Primary physician. 😃.

Here is a form of the self pay policy. It only says a card is to be placed on file at check in. They denied my daughter. An 11 year old who currently has no insurance to be checked out because they said they require a $200 upfront payment. This is not stated in the self pay agreement. It says a down payment. I stated we are in between insurance and can provide. A down is more appropriate of $50. But not stating how much and then demanding $200 is not easy in this world. We both work full time jobs. Own a house, pay taxes. And can’t afford to ensure our daughter is okay. Because money is more important to this company. They denied seeing my daughter because in there words. It’s a private practice and we can. Private practice = values money over their patients. This happened at 9:45am J

Dr McMurray far exceeded our expectations. He listened well. Was thorough, professional, but stayed relatable. We especially appreciated his knowledge and welcome discussion regarding lifestyle, ie. nutrition and exercise.His nurse was super, blood draw easy. The front desk was also great.
