From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Check-in is consistently smooth and efficient. Howard's thoroughness in taking my vitals helped me feel at ease. Dr. Roberts' expertise and empathetic approach make it clear he prioritizes his patients' health. The care I receive at Primary Health is top-notch, thanks to the staff and Dr. Roberts.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the MA that helped me when I went into urgent care recently. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she had a great sense of humor, a good bedside manner, and even though the shot she gave me hurt a lot, I know that wasn’t her fault. Damn Toridol. She works in a stressful field but if she was stressed you could never tell. I truly hope she goes further with her career and goes into nursing, PA or doctor. We need more in the field as kind and as caring as she was.

I arrived 4 minutes before my 10:00 appointment, got to discuss ALL my questions, made next plans with my PA, made my next appointment, AND, was out the door at 10:23 a.m.!! It was amazing! I always feel heard, everyone is very nice, it’s close to home.

10 I had the best care The pa+c answered my questions with care I never expected it to be my shoulder spasms I was told by my pcp it wasn't known what was causing me pain and the pa-c answered it and it makes a lot of sense. He the PA-C was also patient with me when I told him my sobriety date he took time to find the right med because I have an addictive personality and he didn't want to go against that sober date-even if my date was 21 years clean and sober thankyou

We had a semi complicated issue and Maddi was amazing. She listened to everything and took the time to talk to other staff to find out what we needed to send them. Then, followed up with a provider who gave us the answer we needed on how to proceed. We really appreciate the customer service of both Maddi and the provider who helped us! Thanks Primary Health.
