I've used this pharmacy for years. Never had any problems til recently. I phoned for a refill on Mon. 9-16. Answering machine. Never received anything by Tues. 9-17 called again, spoke with Colleen, she took my order. Told her I only have 3days worth meds left. She said "I'll drop it in the mail today, you should get it tomorrow". 18th.Tomorrow came and went. By Friday was given a tracking #. Meds came 9-23 w/o my HB meds. So I went 3days without my antidepressants and 4days w/o my HB pressure meds. On 9-24 I received an email from head pharmacist stating 'Cancellation of RX' stating, "We no longer service your area". Now can anyone out there tell me what "I" did wrong? Absolutely Nothing. All I ever looked for in this scenario was an apology for their part in me missing important medicati

My whole family has been going to this pharmacy for years. They treat people with respect, try to help people figure out deals if they are in a financial pickle, and are always reliable. Our family became so close with them that when my mom passed away this past year, a few of the pharmacists came to the funeral to show their respects. It shows how professional yet caring they are about their customers. We became so close with them just from encounters picking up medications. Thank you for everything, Primary Care Pharmacy!

I use this pharmacy for an injection I couldn't normally get from other pharmacies. They always go above and beyond. I'm not going to drop any names but I will say the ladies are very kind and personable. The owner is always there for his customers. I have been going to them for years. I would recommend them for friends and family.

I was kicked out of his pharmacy. From posting a bad review on this pharmacies practices. Where they said they can only get my burprenophine from one manufacturer. So because they were having problems and not getting my meds we had to wait over a week to get. And we had to go some where else to get them. Well needless to say the next month i come in to fill my script and he says you cant come here no more ! I was shocked at first and didnt remember posting my review because at the time I was mad . This is Illegal to do to someone its called the Consumer review freedom act . Its the law where businesses cant punish you over your reviews. So now me and my family have took are bussiness elsewhere because I left a review about what had happened. But was nothing more than a question really !!
