I have been here for over 2 years now and am very happy with the care team at the West Mifflin office. I have been with Merideth most of my time there and she takes the time to get to know you and your physical health. I am given a voice for the first time and to be a part of my own care plan, never treated like I am just another appointment. They offer Telehealth options to certain patients, after a period of time with them. I would definitely recommend them to any family member or friends.

my first visit was last month with Meredith. I'd been going to another pain clinic for a year with absolutely no help, epidural steroid injections that seemed to make my pain worse. Meredith treated me like a human, she was kind and understanding. Explained everything and looked at me while talking not at a computer. I finally feel like I have some hope of getting my life back after suffering for so long, even a little hope is amazing. Thank you Meredith for caring about your patients.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. Stay away from this place, as all they are intetrsted in is procedures. They are also discriminating against patients that legally use marijuana.

**EDITED: Just to add that I now see the PA Meredith. She is fantastic. I have been going there for almost two years now, and while my anxiety still gets the better of me when I have to go to a pain doctor due to bad experiences in the past, I have still never had a bad visit here. They are by far the best. I read many horrible reviews online and was absolutely dreading going to this Clinic but it is really the only pain clinic in my area left to try. I've been there 3 times over 3 months and I have to say I have never had such a positive experience with a pain clinic. Yes they will drug test you at least the first time. This is common sense. They will also give you a sheet and a chance to list any drug you've taken that you might test positive for, don't lie. Yes, they count your pills a

Worst experience I've eve had. I have chronic pain all over but mainly my back. Not sure what Dr. I saw (had an accent) but he had me do a few things and because I could do them he jumped all over me and asked me what I was doing there. He was the rudest Dr. I've ever had. And yea, they are all about procedures. I've done them, not doing no more.
