The staff thats at this location was the sweetest but i will say the doctor we had today i forgot her name, the russian woman was extreamly harsh with the way she was speaking with me and was trying to rush us in and out of there, she seemed irritated, i wanted to be like girl just go home for the day sheeshh, ima stick with the location across from larrys from now on.

This review is for the new location across from Larry 4way. Absolutely the best primary care we’ve ever seen. I called the week before Christmas and made an appointment for the 2nd when they opened back up. They saw us on the exact day we wanted. We were transferring from a doctors out of state since my husband has chronic health issues. They were so quick and so kind. The wait was less than 5 minutes after I finished paperwork. They sent off for his medical records immediately. Dr Olegard (?) was insanely professional and immediately understood my husbands complex multi-organ health issues. He immediately approved the referrals we required and even sent some prescriptions to help him between appointments. I had been seeing a physician in a larger town and had become disheartened by my experiences there. So I decided to see what Primary Care here in Monticello was like... What a difference! Every person I had contact with was welcoming and pleasant right from the moment I made the appointment. I feel that Dr. Kubasova and her nurse Rhonda truly listen and answer all of my questions. The office always responds to messages and you are never “left hanging” like patients often are by medical staff. I feel that our town is very fortunate to have this group of people working together!

My daughter has been a patient here for 4 years. I love the staff and Dr. Nordstrom is the best. They are very professional and courteous.

Wonderful staff. Very caring and helpful. Easy to get an appointment. My entire family goes here and we are very blessed to have them in our community. Highly recommend!
