Customer service can be better.... and they should keep patient medication private not where the public can see it.
CVS of Monticello always stays on top of all my Rxs and they are always ready when promised. These people work really hard and they need additional staff due to the amount of people they serve.
The pharmacist who works the weekends is the problem. She never checks secondary insurances.
Understaffed and overwhelmed. Additional “helpers” as they call them would be helpful but ideally an additional pharmacist would be ideal. This store needs to have the pharmacy expanded/renovated to get the numerous boxes off the floor and allow medications to be stocked appropriately.
The store personal are great store clean The pharmacist is the problem
