Primary Care and Urgent Care of Nashville

Rude, impolite, no consideration for sick people. Front desk lady told me they were closed and did not want to see a patient at 4:30, even though this office in person and online say they close at 7:00 with last patient being seen 30 minutes beforehand. Front desk lady tried to tell me it was posted on a sign on the door but the sign said closed on November 27th. Posted pictures for proof. Do not come here if you want to get helped.

I am so proud to have this office here in Nashville, NC I have been seen there many times since their opening. I have never had a bad experience there. The receptionist and entire staff are amazing. I have never been turned away. I give them a 5 STAR plus!

The employees are unprofessional . Will cancel appointments and reschedule without informing patient. Employees always have attitudes . They also take forever to get a call back. Very disappointed in the practice.I only moved there due to heather davis. i love her but the practice isn’t run properly. They told me they couldn’t treat me due to my insurance not paying even though it was because they wanted to argue me about how my name is spelled on my insurance card. all of the staff are rude and unhelpful other than rusty and heath davis. while giving blood in the lab i had my shirt half off due to it being tight and had a male staff walk in on me without knocking.They need new staffing or better management

I have white coat syndrome ! It takes me a long time to have faith in a doctor. . Before coming here, I had the same doctor for 17 years . He left the practice for reasons I’m not gonna say on here . A good friend of mine told me to check this place out. I have bender three times now for primary care After first visit me and my provider got along great Doctor Heather is an awesome lady. I would highly recommend her and this establishment to everyone. !! On the other hand, I have gotten sick and Ben to the urgent care side. Same thing, Doctors are top-notch, Really listen to your concerns and will come up with the best treatment for you . They really do have a good staff of doctors, The nurses are all top-notch as well!!!

I will never go to this place again. I saw the female Dr. She ordered the blood work, not me. I had blood work done over a week ago and apparently these people just want your money without doing their actual jobs. Then when I call the clueless girl asks me did I log into the portal. I told her yes but Im not a Dr and I can't read lab results. Duhh! I've been waiting over a week for a call about my blood work. Went there this morning around 10:08 am to ask for a call back. I called when I left for a call back. No call. But they had time to order and eat pizza today. Incompetent and clueless. Waste of money to put the building there. Never again.
