Autumn Care of Nash

My husband is a current resident receiving short term rehabilitation following an illness. The care he is receiving is excellent. The staff is very professional, attentive and kind. The facility is very clean. I’m very happy we chose Autum Care at Nash.

a good friend was at this place for about a month. The care depended on who was on duty. Her room was seldom cleaned, the bathroom rarely. The food was consistently disappointing, always cold (gravy, grits, eggs, etc.) Do not allow yourself or your family to be sent to this establishment.

I had the pleasure of touring this rehab community with Donna. It was clear throughout the visit that the staff truly take their patients to heart and are dedicated to helping them thrive. The atmosphere felt supportive and encouraging—I came away very impressed and really like this place.

I can’t put into words how wonderful the staff is at Autumn Care of Nash! They actually care and love their job and it shows! They took exceptional care of my father and were very helpful every step of the way!! Such a caring and wonderful facility! Thank you Autumn care staff for everything

My grandmother was at this facility and staff there take a while. There’s especially one CNA on first shift that had a really bad attitude. You could tell she didn’t care and seemed that she did not want to be there. It’s a shame they are supposed to be there for patients and obviously do not care. My grandmother even picked up on it and it made her feel really uncomfortable. Please check on your staff and only hire the ones that are caring and want to do a good job!
