Primary and Urgent Care

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We came in with active insurance that this urgent care has taken from us before, yet the receptionist refused to check us in without even attempting to verify the coverage. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in helping patients. The waiting room was completely empty, so there was absolutely no justification for turning us away while we needed medical care. Instead of showing any concern, the owner was disrespectful, unprofessional, and made it very clear that patient care was not a priority. Being denied care despite valid insurance and an empty facility is beyond frustrating — it is negligent and shows a complete lack of compassion and basic customer service. Went here for the first time after getting turned away at Mary Washington urgent care because of them reaching there patient volume limit for the day (absolutely ridiculous). Waited about an hour at PuC which wasn’t bad at all. I was seen by PA. Christina who was extremely kind and understanding of my concern and made me feel at ease while talking to her. Thank you again for the outstanding patient care.

I made an appointment for 5pm, 45 minutes later I was still waiting in the waiting room. While in the waiting room, the receptionist put on a Netflix movie that gratuitously used vile and racist language. After, 5-6 other patients went ahead of me. I engaged the receptionist as to when I would be admitted to see the doctor. The receptionist continued typing on her computer ignoring me for about 20 seconds before answering that I would be next. I then asked to have my co-pay returned to me to which she said could only be done by the billing department off site. When I asked to speak to someone else in the office she replied that there was no one else to speak with. This is a highly unprofessional establishment and I have no idea how it is so highly rated. I would never return to this place

I had a very disappointing experience today. I waited at the receptionist area for more than one hour to have a simple blood draw done. There were three patients waiting, and during that entire time no staff member came out to call anyone or give any update. What makes this worse is that this is a normal pattern every time I come here—the same long delays happen again and again. There is no communication, no explanation for the wait, and no sense of urgency. Waiting this long for a basic lab service is unacceptable and very frustrating. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves patient flow and communication. Checked in @9:05 Am. I do like to be seen by Dr Ansari but that not best way to deal with patient.

DO NOT GO! I had done blood work about a month ago and received nothing about my lab results despite concerning factors. I called multiple times and left voicemails for the nurse and front desk. The front desk constantly hangs up on me, no reason when you’re trying to communicate. Nobody there is responsible! Worst experiance
