Prima Care Radiology directions

I went for MRI at prima care at Pleasant Street location. The young girl that did test for me was absolutely fantastic . She comforted me and was just so thoughtful, thank you for being so kind. Wish I knew her name it was on 9-30-25

Other than several wonderful NP and doctors at Prima Care this place is awful awful awful! Cardiology and radiology department customer service (office personnel) is so bad. They are rude and cut you off when speaking if you have any questions regarding your care or a loved ones care. They are so unorganized and have 0 work ethic or care for the patient and their family. I would never recommend anyone give any type of business to this facility never mind healthcare. I will be looking elsewhere for my fathers healthcare.

Primacare scheduling me two appointments to me one after the other. The second appointment I was not supposed to eat or drink anything 3 hours prior. That's fine I've done that before. The first test I was supposed to drink a prep drink which I was not told about. The idiots never should have scheduled these tests together. The scheduling department is incompetent to say the least.

The staff was very nice (only reason for the two stars) but no one told me what to do going into the MRI and according to the report I moved and breathed too much making the results difficult to read. I didn’t think I moved at all and wasn’t aware I had to breath less. This led to phrases like “probably a result of movement” on the report meaning they aren’t sure and therefore are making assumptions. There should be a thorough explanation prior to going in for the MRI. I wish I had been offered to redo the test or been told I had moved too much when I went in for my next one (I had one MRI where I apparently moved and then two more a few days later where I breathed too much). My body stayed in the same position the entire time, I knew from common sense to stay still so if I was supposed to

I have a better experience bringing my dog to the vet then I did during my ultrasound. I would not recommend or trust Primacare radiology. I was treated so rudely for no reason. Based off the way they treat their patients I would question the level of education that they have. Very unprofessional
