I have been a patient of Dr Butler for many years. He is amazing, he listens and he really takes the time to understand what is going on and to make suggestions, referrals and he is usually the voice I trust. I have had many doctors over the years, but only one primary and that is him. Not only is he amazing but the office staff is wonderful, friendly, and always make me feel heard and listened to. I always feel like I am an important person when I am there and that i matter. I am treated like a human being and not like a number or a billable item. I've never had so much trouble getting in touch with my own physician. Two weeks I've been trying to get a prescription refilled and for two weeks no one has made any attempts to reach out to me. They've been having this problem for years but this is the last straw for me. I will not be wasting my time at this practice any longer. Avoid them like the plague!!!

This office is great ! The staff is so nice and caring. Nate is one of the best doctors I’ve met. The facility is always clean and the wait times are short. If I could give ten stars, I would.

While on vacation I developed a painful ankle and sought care in Westport. I was seen by Nate Cordeiro, PA who listened carefully, examined my ankle, reviewed the diagnostic possibilities and prescribed medication which resulted in reduction of pain within hours and resolution of the problem in a few days. I am a retired physician and was very impressed with his professional care and his friendly manner. My wait was brief and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall a most satisfactory acute care experience.
