From the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors, every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. Our cleaning was excellent — detailed, comfortable, and the team took time to answer every question we had. But the moment that really stuck with us? We had our dog along for the visit, and rather than ask us to figure something out, the staff simply took her under their wing. They sat with her, gave her attention, and brought her on a walk the entire time we were in the back. It's a small thing, maybe — but it spoke volumes about the character of everyone who works there. After many years of avoiding the dentist, I was extremely apprehensive about finally making an appointment especially knowing I needed a lot of serious work done. From the very first phone call with Myranda, I felt reassured. She helped me understand exactly what I needed for my first visit, walked me through everything clearly, and at the end of my visit took the time to set up a financial plan that worked for me. She even showed me multiple ways to save through their in-house financing program, which made the whole process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Absolutely amazing! Every visit and every interaction has been just great! They're so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure i have been comfortable, informed and feel no pain. From the front desk to the room the Lip Bunny is top notch. I’m going for broad band light and a moxi laser laser combo. RESULTS immediately (still have two more to go) I feel so comfortable getting my treatments. Being in the industry myself I am very attentive of the people and surroundings.
