Great overall experience! I waited for a short amount of time in the waiting room. The assistant was lovely. I waited for a short amount of time for Emma. She apologized for the wait, but there was no need to. I was seen faster than most other doctors offices. I was in and out efficiently, but still felt they were extremely thorough with the exam. Emma was very kind and caring. She had another doctor come in who was also great and explained things very clearly to me. I will definitely be back to this location.
Very impressed by this office , staff was kind & friendly. Dr Kruger removed a squamous cell spot on my face two weeks ago . I had no pain & area is hardly noticeable now . He was very informative before procedure , & Emma was great with biopsy. Highly recommend this practice.
I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my experience at Coastal Dermatology. Dr. Krueger and Jen did a great job! They work very well together, explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease. Easy to talk to, but still professional. Would highly recommend!
I went to my appointment October 20th at Dartmouth Dermatology whom I have been going to for years in Dartmouth and was told that my appointment was for the next day. I tried to reschedule and they told me they had an appointment available on Friday. I explained that I has another appointment on Friday that day. The receptionist searched the schedule and informed me that she had an appointment available on December 30, 2026? You can imagine how I reacted to that. I made the appointment so that I could be put in a wait list to be called. I left very upset to put it politely and called my primary care. They recommended Apderm Coastal Dermatology. I called Apderm Coastal Dermatology I Westport Ma and was given an appointment for the following week. I saw Emma Zumsande for a full body exam. S
I needed an urgent appointment regarding an infected cyst I was leaving for an out of state xmas visit. The woman was very rude on the phone Claiming I was refusing treatment Finally got appointment The provider was very understanding and provided care however I ended up with a staph infection which needed to be treated in another state I feel the practice is focused on cosmetic dermatology rather than any medical issues
