Lena was a tremendous blessing to us. From the moment she greeted us with her brilliant smile, to the help with questions-right though the exit from my appointment, her genuine care was more than amazing.

All staff and doctors were attentive to my needs

I live in Rhode Island and chose this business, even though it is a 20 minute drive, based on their reviews. I am beyond thrilled that I did! Dr. Graham is amazing. Very thorough & professional, yet friendly. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease about starting Biologic Therapy shots for my chronic allergic asthma. Denise, who administers the shots is incredible! So nice and accommodating. ALL of the receptionists are exponentially friendly and courteous. I never have to wait and am always seen at my scheduled appointment time. I will never go anywhere else!

Terrible TERRIBLE staff. I normally do not write reviews because most of the time it’s just one person having a bad day. After having a handful of bad experiences with this office I needed to write a review and let others know. This office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you’re like me and go to your appointments on time and having your appointment at 7:30am or 8am, chances are your going to be there before the staff and left sitting in the DARK. Not only did the staff leave me and other patients sitting in the dark, they continued to walk back and forth around us with no masks on. I understand that COVID is hopefully near the end but to expect patients wearing mask when the staff is not even wearing them is hypocritical. While their staff walks around the office numerous ti
