Do not like this place at all anymore. For one thing, we live quite far away and they are always insisting we use their labs, which need an appointment. I'm sorry but we are not driving all the way from Cape Cod for a lab appt. Also, they no longer take prescription refill requests! There's a sign on the check in window and it's on their answering message too! It says to request it from the pharmacy. Thing is, we are constantly having problems whenever CVS requests refills and have for the past 5 years. Primacare doesn't respond to CVS, or they send it to the wrong pharmacy despite our being clear every single time what CVS we use. This of course means I have to call Primacare to give them a nudge but now they no longer take the refill requests. We were just there last week and Dr

Been going here for 7+ years now. The doctor is kind and very experienced. Never had to wait long or had any appointments cancelled. The staff is responsive and flexible with scheduling to the best of their abilities.

I have the best doctor taking care of my diabetes. They always help me even on weekends. Thank you so much for everything.
