Pretty Dope Brows

Horrible experience!!!!! To start, they told me the price was $450 to get my eyebrows done, I ended up paying $600. Karyne was the esthetician that attended me and did a terrible job!!! Basically, what she did was draw thick eyebrows on my previous eyebrows. I communicated with Dione where I sent her photos of how my eyebrows looked and she told me that she didn't see any problems with them. In one of the emails, Dione asked me if I had tipped??? She never offered to fix the problem as the owner of the company, all she did was block me on social media.

I have officially found my go to place for self-care and hair care like when I tell u guys you have to go to Pretty Dope Brows you have to go. Gigi is so kind, thoughtful, and beyond gifted. I keep getting compliments about my brows whatever I go I always recommend Gigi Pretty Dope Brows hands down.I’m so much in love with my brows.Gigi is so professional.Trust me when I tell u need to go here plz do yourself a favor and she’s my go to brows artist. 💕❤️💕

Great experience here with Gigi. The location is gorgeous inside, very clean, personable staff, easy to book and great instructions for aftercare. Was able to follow up with concerns during the healing process easily. Loved my brows! I’ve been getting many compliments on them and they’re not even fully healed yet.

Never thought i could've had such good looking eyebrows. Gigi took great care and detail when she did my brows (and touch up) and she informed and advised me every step of the way. I'm so grateful for her kindly nature and impeccable service. Other staff were welcoming and polite also. Will definitely return. My brows are pretty dope. Five stars, baby!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked an impromptu appointment on a Friday to be seen on Saturday. My appointment was with Gigi and she didn't disappoint. It was my first time doing the microshading technique and she explained everything to the T like how much pain/discomfort I can expect, how long the process will take, how the brows will heal, etc. She checked with me during the entire process to make sure I was comfortable. I am now 13 days post my initial visit and can't wait for my follow up. Thank you Gigi! She is the only one I will let touch my brows.
