I cannot say enough positive things about Kayla (Medical assistant ) and the support she provided during this time for me . It’s been really difficult for me throughout my recovery process. After surgery, you’re not just healing physically — you’re navigating discomfort, swelling, bloating , emotions, questions, and sometimes anxiety about whether everything is progressing the way it should. It’s a very vulnerable time, and having the right medical support makes all the difference. She balances professionalism with empathy beautifully. It’s clear that she understands the recovery aspects well . That level of awareness and care is rare and truly meaningful during such a sensitive time. I am still healing and plan to give more update .

I went for a breast reduction surgery as the girls no longer look as good as they used to Before having kids. No implants just size reduction and lift . I wanted to do something for my self so I decided to go from a H cup to D / C cup. I also had Dr De Leon take out the auxiliary tissues under my arms which have been my biggest insecurities. My experience with Keyla as my Medical Assistant was truly exceptional. Post-surgery is a vulnerable space. You’re managing pain, emotions, anxiety, and sometimes even second thoughts. It’s a lot. Patients come in with different personalities, different energy levels, and very real discomfort. What stood out to me about Keyla was her disposition. She remains calm, steady, and professional no matter what energy walks through the door. She does not match agitation with agitation. She does not rush. She does not dismiss. She listens, she explains, and she stays grounded. She is thorough, clear, and direct.
