I had a wonderful experience with my new primary PA and staff. Everyone from the front desk ladies to check out were very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and all my needs met with professionalism. I have never had a bad experience at any Scott and White facility. I am glad to have had to relinquish having to go to Darnall medical hospital. Lab would take at least an hour, where lab at S&W takes all of 5-10 minutes max. I salute you all!!
Dr. Carroll Presley was compassionate, caring, & knowledgeable. She’s also very thorough. I would definitely recommend her to anyone & of any age who’s looking for a great doctor who cares about her job & her patients. Thanks to a great job well done!!
