President Pharmacy & Discount

2 years later and it's the same thing. Rude people always in a bad mood. The same old man that doesn't listen and gives you the wrong thing and charges more and the older lady that seems to be in charge (I don't know if she's a pharmacist or not) does not have any customer service training in her life. Unfortunately it is the only place where I can get what I need at the moment. Next time I will order what I need online. And their prices are ridiculous. 2 years ago I complained and even still these people don't apologize for anything. They are an embarrassment to the Cuban culture.

Completely rude person , incompetent, even over the phone these people makes you feel you are not welcome. Call for a price and whoever answered refuse to give me any information claiming they don’t give prices over the phone , if you are a business and I’m the customer the priority of that business should be customer satisfaction. Disrespectful old man that works there. Non helpful. Told us we couldn't be in there while they were doing inventory. Why is the door open then? Do inventory after the store is closed as all Americans do. And treat your customers well! After all we pay your rent and the employees! Next time we will contact the BBB!

Terrible costumer service and incompetent person, with a very bad attitude. The short lady with the blonde hair this lady should not be working with the public, she treats people like garbage. This pharmacy shouldn’t be in business. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. They over charge people for their medications. This is a total fraud. People do yourself and your pockets a favor go to a different pharmacy. A medication that I paid for .80 elsewhere I was charged $2.00 seriously?!!

Great place to buy. Excellent layout of products where you can find all kinds of medicines and discount items very neatly displayed. Place is neatly and clean as well as organized. Professional personnel and great customer service. I recommend to go and buy whatever you need. good work!!
