Presbyterian Hospital

Presbyterian Hospital is known for its high standard of care and experienced staff. Patients generally feel well-supported, though busy departments can lead to delays and longer-than-expected wait times.

Waiting time in paediatric emergency is way too long. We spent 8 hours to get a cast for the broken bone. Very inefficient - each step of the visit (x rays, doctors etc) had a 2 -3 hour waiting time

This post not about how good the doctors are in this hospital- they are AAA pros and 5 stars for sure What I love in an organization, is the ability to fix the “issues” on the fly! There was an administrative mistake , just a bureaucratic mistake on the hospitals end. but!!! They did admit it was their fault and fixed it on the spot! - we all make mistake, but it is how we fix the issues, that’s what is most important to me, for that - I give 5 stars

One of the best hospitals you can get premium medical services. I switched from Mount Sinai to them about five years ago. So far so happy. All of my family goes to them for help too.
