Ana at the front desk of Premium Health Care carries herself with such assurance that I can’t help but feel grateful just to be helped by her. The way she manages everything, her tone, her timing, her calm authority, makes me want to follow every instruction she gives without hesitation. There’s something grounding about the way she speaks and looks after people. Every visit feels smoother and more secure knowing that everything is under her steady direction. Ana doesn’t just do her job well; she commands respect without ever asking for it. I leave each time thinking how lucky the place is to have her.

I would like to recognize the phlebotomist Dayanela at the Coral Way location, who assisted me on Saturday for her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. I was in a difficult situation, and she handled it calmly, skillfully, and with genuine care. Her support truly made a difference, and she is deserving of recognition for her excellent work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Keila Hoover for over 10 years . I have multiple sclerosis , cronic migraine , chronic fatigue syndrome , fybromyalgia as some of ailments . The doctor has been so professional and caring that my entire family goes there . My boyfriend who never went to a doctor (Gus) also is quite impressed with the professionalism. Even with the amount of staff everybody is on too of the ball . I personally want to comment on Sabrina who has been such a help always with my migraine medicines. Also her lab is state of the art . The IV therapy is the best in Miami . I’ve literally walked in there crying and throwing up with my migraine and within an hour I’m much better . I used to go to about 5 doctors before but after meeting and going here I only need Dr Hoover’s practice .

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the increasingly inefficient patient flow and extended wait times at this clinic. As a long-standing patient, I have observed a consistent deterioration in service over the years. Today, I experienced a particularly frustrating situation. I had a scheduled appointment at 2:00 PM, and after being checked in and seen by the initial nurse, I waited for over 90 minutes without being seen by a physician. I attempted to locate a staff member to inquire about the delay but was unsuccessful. Due to the excessive wait, I was unfortunately unable to receive the care I needed and had to leave the clinic. This ongoing disregard for patient time is concerning. Consequently, I will be transitioning my care to other locations, as they appear to demons

Having experienced, UHealth, Baptist & other providers I must say Premier Health Care has a good office set up but that's all. I was there for over 3 hours for a simple cold/flu. The office set up wants to amass more than it can deliver. My experience left the actual medical care out of the equation. It's more like a hormone boutique than actual medical care. Additional one shop bloodtests, pre-ops, etc but the medical care aspect is lost. You're better off going to urgent care.
