Well what can I say? Another great visit at Premiere Dental today! I wasn’t feeling that well so I asked for a later appointment and they were like no problem. I have some disabilities so they always let me sit for a few minutes and always make sure that I am okay. It was great to see Martha and Dr. Shather but their whole team, the entire staff are just wonderful!! They are very kind and caring and I love their staff!

Extremely poor experience and unacceptable patient care. Went in for a crown, paid about $600 for the crown and was told—after the fact—that I needed a root canal. The root canal was inexplicably done in multiple visits instead of a single procedure, after the first procedure I was not prescribed antibiotics, which led to significant pain & infection. I had to make an emergency appointment on a Sunday morning to see another dentist, who confirmed the work should have been completed in one session. To make matters worse, I was told to return with a hole still left in my tooth to later get a crown, and was nearly charged an additional $300 for a temporary crown that should have been placed after the root canal. Excellent service and care. The dentist is very knowledgeable and gentle — I always leave with a smile!. Truly the best dental team! They care about their patients and make every visit stress-free. I’m so happy I found this office.

In July 2025, I went to this dental office for [treatment]. One week after the procedure, my tooth became noticeably loose and painful. When I returned to the office to ask for an explanation and help, they did not address the issue. Instead, they called the police to remove me. This dental office caused a serious problem with my tooth, and when faced with this possible malpractice, they completely refused to take responsibility. I felt ignored and disrespected as a patient. This experience has caused me pain, stress, and difficulty eating. I have decided to file formal complaints with the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Board of Dentistry. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to go to this dental office..

Very clean and bright dental office. Calming and reassuring atmosphere. The staff extremely polite and helpful. Equipment sterile and modern. Thanks to all I interacted with.
