Premier Sports Recovery

I was visiting NY to run the NYC marathon and booked a massage with Joe in advance after a raving review by someone I follow on instagram, and he did NOT disappoint! I saw him the day after my race and he totally started me on the right foot for recovery! Joe is definitely knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell he enjoys helping people. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in NY and will try to book an appointment next time I’m in the city.

As a recent new client, I was initially a bit nervous but Joe at Premier Sports Recovery provided exceptional service coupled with wonderful customer service in a relaxing comfortable setting. Joe walked me through the process of what to expect as well as educating me on the many muscles used while working out but often forgotten when it comes to true recovery. I wish him and his team much success and look forward to my next session!

Joe is incredible. My partner and I both see him and he manages to help us in completely different ways. I work out and run regularly and he always knows exactly where the tension is and how to release it so I actually feel the difference. My partner is in construction and walks in with a whole different set of aches, and still walks out feeling brand new. Joe actually listens. He pays attention to what your body needs that day and works with so much intention. His energy is calm and grounding and you feel it the second you walk in. We have both seen such a difference since going to him. If you need someone who truly understands how to work on an active body or a tired one he is the one.

I can’t say enough good things about Joe at Premiere Sports Recovery. I came to him after straining my rotator cuff during calisthenics training, and he really helped turn things around. From the first session, Joe knew exactly how to assess what was going on and built a recovery plan that actually worked!!! combining targeted therapy, mobility work, and strengthening exercises.

This is some of the best body work I’ve ever received. Joe is amazing and I highly recommend him for those seeking an intese (in the best way), targeted and transformative massage. I always elderly restored after our sessions.
