Premier Medical Clinic

My son is a patient of Dr. Bethany Nemati, she provides excellent care at Premier pediatrics. She goes out of her way to explain everything to me, her office staff are amazing they are so kind, amazing, and caring. I wouldn't want to take my son elsewhere. Premier Pediatrics and their staff rocks!

He was very hatefull, he automatically assumed I was ther only wanting pain pills like other patients I guess, wen n reality my hip was bone on bone & i had a total hip replacement scheduled 2 wks later ... He was uncaring & didnt care to hear wat I had to say. I left n tears from not only pain but from the way i was talked dwn to ... If u r looking for a caring Dr. One that wants to help u dont go to Dr Ata bcause u wont get any of that from him ... & Its also not the cleanest Drs Office 🤷

Nine patients in the very small and dark waiting room when I arrived. This happened while I waited: 1) Nobody even glanced my way when I came up to the office window. You have to sign your name and sit down like you're at the DMV. 2) A patient got up and asked them how long it was going to be, as she had been waiting 30 minutes past her appointment. 3) Nurse called for a patient, who was no longer there and had obviously given up and left. 4) A patient came back into the waiting room from the back, turned to a man waiting next to her and told him they had lost her driver's license and insurance card. He said, "This is the last time I'll be here. My time is important, too." Very old building, nowhere to park, good luck finding the front door to this office. Dead plants around the perimeter

Dr Ata and his staff always go above and beyond to take good care of my family and I!

My first visit was today, granted I was 15 minutes late but sat in the waiting room over 45 minutes….no big deal. My turn to go in and Aldrup was a complete jerk to me! He reacted in a tone that should not have been! Especially to someone who is struggling and sincerely needing help through it! Way to go Aldrup, your “profession” is clearly not where you needed to be today, way to show you care about patients with your hateful self! The sweet girl at the desk was very polite and Respectful!
