First, they send me a questionnaire asking about meds that BOTH of my doctor's have approved since my Mom died. I tried to call, but you can no longer speak to a live person without leaving a message, which I did 1 hr & 45 minutes ago. All the while I am STILL WAITING FOR MY Rx TO BE FILLED. This is BEYOND ridiculous!!
Nice store. Disappointed they didn't have any card's that was for graduation or congratulations, did a few funny ones I'd never seen before. Prices are on the higher side I feel.
I've been going to this pharmacy for 6 years and luv the staff there,they know and take there time with me
The pharmacy is very unorganized, ignorant, and rude. Very disappointing considering this is the one I have tonuse for insurance purposes.
Pharmacy staff is more interested in filling prescriptions for people who are not in the store and answering phone than customers standing in line 6 people in line and they kept working and never acknowledged customers in line claimed to be short staffed but everytime I come in it is the same situation
