I don’t even know where to begin with Premier Infusion. This has been one of the most infuriating, exhausting, and absurd healthcare experiences I’ve ever dealt with. A month and a half ago, I contacted them because they’re in-network with my insurance. I very specifically asked whether they administer Venofer (IV iron), because MANY infusion centers in Los Angeles do not. They told me yes. I didn’t just trust one person — I confirmed multiple times with different staff members to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue. Every time, I was told yes. From the start, their customer service has been terrible. The staff consistently have an attitude. They don’t answer calls. They say they’ll call you back — and then never do.
