I don’t even know where to begin with Premier Infusion. This has been one of the most infuriating, exhausting, and absurd healthcare experiences I’ve ever dealt with. A month and a half ago, I contacted them because they’re in-network with my insurance. I very specifically asked whether they administer Venofer (IV iron), because MANY infusion centers in Los Angeles do not. They told me yes. I didn’t just trust one person — I confirmed multiple times with different staff members to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue. Every time, I was told yes. This company is beyond horrific and incompetent!! I just got out of Torrance Memorial Hospital on Halloween, Friday, 10/31/2025. In a lot of pain and catching up on rest. Their brain surgeon delivery driver, Marcello Saks, was knocking on my neighbor's door at midnight!! What kind of moron does that?! My neighbor showed him where my door was and instructed him to leave the delivery, as it did not require refrigeration. The area is extremely safe and secluded. My home health care nurse Nancy Ang is not only an insightful wealthy bank of information about my medical plight. She is more so like a friend that's a joy to talk to. She goes out of her way to perform her job. She has set up prescription immediately with my doctor by calling his personal number and then video becoming his hands for tests preformed. Very professional and excellent nurse.

This company WAS very good but due to lack of oversight and customer care it’s now TERRIBLE! We were with them for 5 Years Can we, as people that are taking care of people that are on tube feeds etc. really risk being with a company that has terrible employees that are unhelpful?
