Premier Gastroenterology Specialists at Upper Valley Medical Center

I do not recommend visiting this place. Before being a doctor or working in the medical field, you should be a compassionate human being who cares about the person in front of you. I made an appointment with them a month ago. The appointment day arrived during a snowstorm, and the roads were impassable. I traveled for an hour to get to this place. An 20 minutes before arriving, I called them to let them know I would be 10 minutes late, and their response was that I would have to schedule another appointment. This is heartbreaking.

I took my 95 year old father for his appointment. We waited 30 minutes then they told us we were not going to be seen. This office has become so unprofessional since Dr Aboud left. He would have been upset to see how they treated my dad. I see the star rating has really dropped since Dr Aboud left. He would be so disappointed. 😔

I got in today with Thompson she was nice .The only thing I didn't like was when I try to make an appointment several times in past .it was just an answer machine but finally they called back and I got in today .I hate answer machines and prefer talking to person

For something that is stated as critical to your health to have done in a timely manner, It sure Seems like they are doing us a favor... Appears as if all about them, What's most convenient for them, Not you the customer. You come in weeks before to answer Questions that could easily be done over the phone or online. Seems like such a waste of staff time and customers. Once you are scheduled you Still do not get an a m or p m for scheduling personally even though you must inconvenience another person to give you a did this to waste that person's whole day. Additionally, they tell you that if there is a cancellat you must Reschedule your appointment to meet their schedule if not, you are put to the back of the line, Or must reschedule in the future., Really!!?? Again unfortunately this

First I tried to get in to see Jason Trippe PA and was told I could get a phone call from him in Six weeks! Second time I needed help I called on wed early in day so I could get an answer to my health question before days end. No call back! I called again on Thursday no call back and no call on Friday! This is very poor service. I don’t know if it is staff fault or Jason’s but it upsets me. I’ve been his patient for 8 years and he ordered a medication that would have cost me after insurance paid cost me over one thousand dollars for one prescription! When I couldn’t get that he just didn’t give me anything. I’ve read much lately on my condition and there are other much less expensive drugs he could order! I upset and not felling well
