Premier Foot & Ankle

Been taking my elderly grandfather here for quite some time.. this last appointment they told me all of his records are completely gone. The staff were extremely rude from the minute we walked in. On top of this, we waited an hour for our scheduled appointment. We will be finding another office to visit.

Giving 1 star for the customer service I've experienced. Would not recommend, will change rating if I hear back from management on this issue. I have encountered an issue with your office today and was denied service due to their office not willing to accommodate. On June 28th, 2023 -- I call your office, Premier Foot & Ankle to inquire about type of service you provide dealing with warts on foot. This person, Cerstin (apology if name spelt wrong) answered, and I asked if they take my insurance, and they said yes. As I got the answer I needed, the representative were gathering my information. If you're looking for a top notch foot doctor, look no further! Dr. Achor took care of my achy feet and she made footwear recommendations. My footsies are now pain free! Her office staff were professional, polite and went above and beyond to handle my insurance snafu. Definitely recommend!

Very attentive and high-quality care! I've been treated at Premier Foot & Ankle. The doctor and her staff have been great! Very kind and friendly, and more important, I don't have chronic foot pain, anymore!
